I am a confident and empowering speaker available for in-person and virtual events.

I can adapt to your organisation’s needs, from wellbeing or literary festivals to keynote speaker events, panel discussions, chairing Q&As and therapeutic writing workshops.

I also offer school talks /assemblies /writing workshops - both primary and secondary. These can be tailored to staff or pupils.

Therapeutic Writing Workshops

I have a qualification in Reflective And Therapeutic Writing from the Professional Writing Academy, and am able to lead workshops (both in person and virtually) on the following topics, as well as tailoring to a group’s specific needs.

  • Writing for mindfulness / relaxation

  • Writing for resilience

  • Writing for trauma recovery

Schools

My writing workshops can be tailored to suit school pupils in Year 5 and above - up to secondary age. Using creative writing, we will explore themes including resilience, courage and accepting difference.

I am also able to teach staff wellbeing workshops.

Other school events I am able to help with include:

  • Classroom Q&As (generally virtual but in-person is possible subject to date/distance)
